Refund policy

You have 15 days to return defective or damaged products from the time of shipment. For a refund you must contact us and include proof of defective damaged items. We will provide you with a shipping return tag in instances of defective or damaged items. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on any opened items.  If skin care is to be returned, it cannot be dispensed from and must be in its original package.
